This week Jamie asked the exactly the question that I needed to hear.
"What Do You Wish To Be Gentle With?"
My answer is simple. ME.
Those darn gremlins have been in my head the past couple weeks.
Telling me that I cannot make the right food/healthy lifestyle choices or what I am doing is not enough.
When in fact, after a little crying episode last night, my hubby reminded me of how well I am actually doing.
I have been eating more veggies and fruit and have actually lost 2lbs! Woot!
Sometimes the gremlins in our head just get in the way.
Time for for them to move out and cheerleader voices to move in!
Rah, Rah, Rah!Relax!Chill Out! You Can Do It! Go team Go!

As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
I think that today we'll read a lot of storie of wishers that dream about being more gentle with themselves (it's my wish too ;) I also mentionned Gremlins, the coincidence is so funny !).
Hooray to the lost pounds and the better eating.
As Lissa wishes with herself, so I wish for her also.
**shaking pom poms for Lissa** :D
Aa Lissa wish for yourself I also wish for her also. I have the same wish too. Sometimes we can't see for ourselves that which is apparent to others. I bet you are really doing well with this. Keep those gremlins at bay.
As Lissa wishes for herself I so lovingly wish this for her also!!
As Lissa wishes for herself, I wish for her also.
As Lissa wishes for herself, I wish for her also. Congratulations on the 2 lbs. That is wonderful. Eating the right foods is really worth the effort. I lost a considerable amount of weight 15 years ago and it changed my life. If you ever need a cheerleader, please feel free to email me. Kick those gremlins to the curb! Losing 2 lbs is something to celebrate.
I feel the same way! My hubby and I were talking this morning about how much power there is in positive thinking. We are so programmed to let the negative stuff take over. But we can do it!! As you wish for yourself today, I wish for you too.
~aaahhh gremlins i think many of us have...say good riddance and let your kind little faerie in to whisper only sweet words of encouragement to you...as Lissal wishes for herself so I wish for her too...warm wishes and brightest blessings~
Right there with you Lissa Dear!
As Lissa wishes for herself, so do I also wish for her with all my heart!
As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also. Those gremlins can be quite nasty, but they shring when you get enough cheerleader voices going! Yay you!
Boo to the gremlins! Hooray for Lissa! As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
don't even get me started on those pesky gremlins! although, in the context of being gentle, i am wondering if our gremlins require us to be gentle with them? i mean, to understand the fears or misperceptions they are holding and to lovingly show them the truth?
hmmm ... you've got me thinking ...
but yes! being gentle with yourself ... all changes take time, patience and forgiveness of any minor lapses. and way to go - feeling better, losing weight and knowing you are giving loving care to your body by healthy eating.
As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
As Lissa wishes for herself, I wish for her also!
Wonderful powerful wish Lissa!! Me too!!! Hugs, Sarah
Ohhhh - Lissa -- have my gremlins been partying with your gremlins?!
As Lissa wishes, I wish for her also....
It is so hard, sometimes, to be gentle with ourselves. Even when we are so gentle with others around us.
I hope that you find that within yourself.
And that you find motivation to change in the ways you want to. :)
I came from the party, but I liked this post more.
As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also. let's send our gremlims on vacation!
As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also. Another of my wishes! You are so sweet and funny, I feel gentleness in all of yours words.
As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also. Gremlins be gone!
As Lissa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
